Mrs. Metzger‘s sixth grade math classes taught a STEM lesson to all elementary students. The lesson focused on Earth having more water than land. Students used a beachball of the Earth to collect the data with the students and then graph the results in a bar graph. The data confirmed that we called Earth the blue planet because it has more water than land.
